Registration

There are three registration periods:

• Early Bird Fee Until December 1^st, 2024
• Standard Fee After December 1^st, 2024
• On Site Fee From January 23, 2025

INFORMATION

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Exhibition area
• Congress materials (pocket program, abstract publication, delegate badge)
• Lunches and coffee breaks

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:

• More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
• Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
• Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
